Capias warrants are similar and are issued through the clerk's office. Violation of probation warrants get filed when someone breaks the conditions set by the 5th Judicial Circuit court.

What to Do About a Warrant

Do not go to the Citrus County Detention Facility on your own without legal advice. When you turn yourself in, you go into custody before you can post bond. An attorney can help arrange a surrender and may be able to get a bond amount set ahead of time. Bail bondsmen in the Inverness area can also help with the bond process.
